Panel Discussion at Goethe Institute Hungary
AI Network Energetics | Huge computing centers and decentralized processing units operate seemingly invisibly in the background, consuming a lot of energy and producing a not to be underestimated amount of CO2 emissions. Consequently, we are confronted with questions about how we can behave responsibly in a globally networked world, how we can make decisions to design and use the digital technologies that surround us in a more sustainable way.
These questions - and many more - will be addressed by Györgyi Gálik, innovation designer, Ágoston Nagy, artist and researcher at the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design, and Juliane Ahlborn, PhD student at the University of Magdeburg, in a panel discussion on "AI Network Energetics" at the Goethe Institute Hungary on October 14, 2021, 6PM.
Interested parties are cordially invited to participate in the online event. Registration is free.
